Cardio, Strength,


(C. S. I.): A dynamic class that combines high energy cardio drills and functional strength training. Every class will be different.  Could be kettle bells, stability ball, bosu, medicine ball, jump ropes, free weights and more!  This class can be easily adapted and is therefore excellent for

every fitness level. Classes  are held

Mondays & Wednesdays


    Session I: September 10–October 31

    Session II: November 5–December 26

Time: 9:15a,-10:15am
