Gotsch Girls Run With 8,000 Others Downtown

More than a dozen Gotsch Intermediate School girls were among thousands from 200 schools and 19 counties to come to the 10th annual Girls On the Run five kilometer race. The girls prepared for the run with a curriculum that included running, as well as 20 lessons to inspire them to become independent thinkers, to enhance their problem solving skills and make healthy decisions.
