Yesterday the St. Louis Bosnian reported the Bosnia National Team will play Argentina on Nov. 18.
Today’s St. Louis Post-Dispatch confirms that the two teams will play at Busch Stadium. Bosnia and Herzegovina will play the game as long as the team has qualified for the World Cup by then, which looks likely. Argentina has already qualified.
Regardless, Argentina will play, which means that Lionel Messi, the Argentina striker voted the top player in the world every year since 2009, will play in St. Louis.
Argentina’s contract with the game promoter requires Messi to be on the trip and to play. He is currently out with a hamstring injury, but is expected to be back in time for the game.
