Nominate a Star Student for Patch's Whiz Kid
Do you know an area kid who is excelling on the ball field, in the dance studio or somewhere else? Affton-Shrewsbury Patch seeks nominations for our Whiz Kid column.
Do you know a kid in the neighborhood who always is doing great things? Maybe he or she raises money for a local cause or just hit the winning home run in last week's baseball game.
Now, you can nominate this awesome individual to be highlighted on Affton-Shrewsbury Patch. Each week, we will run a short feature and photo about the kid or teen. We are seeking all children 17 and younger who are doing great things in their community or with individual accomplishments.
Submit your nomination by emailing alyssa.stahr@patch.com. Be sure to include the following information:

- Whiz Kid's name, age, school
- His or her accomplishment, and what he or she had to do to get there
- A high-resolution photo of your Whiz Kid
