Meet Buckshot!
Buckshot is an 8 year old chihuahua available for adoption through the St. Louis Senior Dog Project. Project worker Elisa describes him this way:
Buckshot is quite the handsome long-haired chihuahua and until recently he was in a puppymill facility. Fortunately Buckshot has been saved from that life and now has a chance at being a real pet. He is a very sweet pooch and is now learning to trust and snuggle with humans. And one thing he absolutely enjoys are pillows!

Buckshot would make a great addition as a family pet, however as a former puppymill breeder he would need extra attention and patience as he eases in to living in a new environment.
