The senior civil engineering student will help repair a water tower for a school for blind people.

A Shrewsbury resident will travel to Africa this summer to help with an Engineers Without Borders USA project.

Christian Glock, a civil engineering student at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, will leave May 12 for the project, notes an article from the university's website. The senior will join fellow UMSL student Todd Bergman during a two-week trip to Ethiopia.

They will help repair a water tower for a school for blind people, the article notes.
