The buildings surround a wide, grassy area and mature shade trees. The quiet complex is in a residential area just off Concord Village Avenue.

I used to live at Lavinia Gardens. The sound conditions are terrible. There is no insulation in the floors/walls so you can hear EVERYTHING! My neighbors' cigarette smoke was always filling my apartment and there were constantly giant water beetles coming out of the drains. The management was unprofessional, not making note of appointments and being unprepared for them. I had to get a restraining order against my crazy neighbor with a billion guns after he threatened to rape me when I let him use my phone to call maintenance when he was locked out. To my knowledge, he is still living there.
