OMG! I had been here about 5 years ago and thought they were the bomb. Well today changed that. Went in for a full gel set and won't be back. The lady was so rough, first she sawed into my pinky finger along side the nail with the coarse grit side of the file. I flinched and thought okay, I could handle this once, Then it start bleeding, then she did again on the other hand, I was almost in tears it hurt so bad. So, then she gets me me with drill and I pulled back and yelled, "YOU ARE PAINFUL"! She says "Oh, sorry, your finga's soft" while she's grinning from ear to ear! Then she has her sister apply alcohol and kwik stop to all my cuticles!!!! I have never had this kind of experience before, even in beauty school. And the nails are crooked and I have lumps of glue on my finger tips heaps of gel off to the side! She offers me $2 off my next visit! Needless to say I won't be back!!!
