Shrewsbury Reports for Boot Camp
The city center in Shrewsbury gets a jump on the New Year with a resolution of its own: Provide quality classes at a lower cost.
Personal trainer Stu Steingruby has designed an eight-week military style boot camp and is unleashing it on participants at the Shrewsbury City Center. The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m. and runs until March 3. It costs $60. The first session was held this Tuesday. “I feel pretty good," Rick Clevlen said. He added that he was enjoying the flexibility and personal touch provided by Steingruby. Clevlen is preparing for the Senior Olympics this summer and is excited to get in shape. “It was better than I expected. I thought that I was in pretty good shape, but I used completely different muscles in this workout. It is nice to change up my routine. I was really sore last week, but am much better this week. We are so lucky to have Stu Steingruby in our own community to lead a great class like this.   more ›
