Robert Hehmeyer Elected to Affton Fire Board

Hehmeyer defeated incumbent David Pearson and Robert Kuelker for the seat.

Robert Hehmeyer won a resounding victory Tuesday night over his opponents in the Affton Fire Protection District race. With 29 of 29 precincts counted, the unofficial vote tallies have Hehmeyer receiving 67.2 percent of the vote.  See our previous story: It's Election Day in Affton, Shrewsbury Here are the vote totals for all of the Affton-Shrewsbury area races. Affton Fire Protection District Shrewsbury Board of Aldermen In Shrewsbury's one contested race, incumbent Elmer Kaufmann defeated challenger Timothy Gabrian 217 to 74.
