Nestled between the Ten Mile House and a shoe repair shop on Gravois lies Trattoria Toscana, a cozy yet fabulous Italian restaurant that has somehow managed to stay one of Affton's best kept secrets. Last Wednesday, the restaurant participated in the daily deal website Groupon.com in hopes of bringing in some new faces. "We wanted to give it a shot because lots of people are doing it," said Alban Ziu, part owner of Trattoria Toscana, when asked why the restaurant participated in Groupon. According to the response, lots of people are indeed doing it.
