News Nearby: Man Shoots at Neighbor After Being Uninvited to Wedding, Police Say

After a handgun clicked, the man told his neighbor, "The next one is going in your head," St. Louis County Police reported.

A Valley Park man shot at his neighbor Saturday after the neighbor said he did not want the man at his wedding, St. Louis County Police said. Casey McBride, 23, of the 600 block of Leonard Drive in Valley Park, was charged Sunday with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. The neighbor told St. Louis County Police McBride was a family friend who had been at his house all day. While there, McBride finished a bottle of R&R whiskey and continued drinking beer. Later that evening, the neighbor said McBride told him about some active warrants for his arrest.
