DWI Arrest Made on Murdoch Avenue

Shrewsbury Police responded to the following incidents this month, according to the weekly police blotter: Thursday, Jan. 10 At 5 p.m., a pistol was reported stolen from a man's vehicle outside a warehouse in the 7200 block of Weil Avenue in Shrewsbury, where the man works. He left his Glock semi-automatic 10mm pistol in his vehicle, and he is unsure when it was stolen, police report. He last remembered seeing the firearm on Jan. 2. Sunday, Jan. 13 At 1 a.m., a Shrewsbury man was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, as well as driving without his headlights activated and speeding 46 in a 30 miles per hour zone.
