Syberg's on Gravois Expansion on Hold

A planned expansion for Syberg's on Gravois is on hold while the chain, which operates five restaurants throughout St. Louis, looks to add a sixth to its family. Syberg's announced last fall that they were looking to expand the restaurant and bar, in addition to introducing new menus to all five restaurants. Known for their famous shark chunks, Syberg's locations have an expanded selection of appetizers, sandwiches and salads--plus options like turkey burgers, chicken fingers and pizza for less adventurous folk.
