Rock Hill Road between Gravois and Laclede Station roads is about to get a facelift. The Department of Highways and Traffic has contracted Pace Construction Company to begin repairing concrete and asphalt paving. Workers are scheduled to begin repairing concrete this month and paving asphalt in May, according to a letter from the department. The project will remove and replace deteriorated base pavement, curbs, sidewalk and driveway approaches, surface and texture the pavement, superpave the asphalt overlay and replace traffic signal loop detectors.
