A newlywed, Erin lives in Affton with her husband, Brad, and their adorable Boxer named Roxie. In her spare time, Erin loves to read, write, spend time with her family, cook and bake. Erin is very excited to bring residents of Affton some new and delicious recipe each week. She promises her entries will be fun, fresh and something each person can enjoy, whether cooking for a family of four or a get together with friends!

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved with the film. I think this would be a great story to write about and tell people.
